Rollins College Shadow Program
The Rollins College Career Shadow Program offers Rollins students a unique chance to shadow industry professionals, providing invaluable exposure to diverse career fields and industries. This in-person opportunity is available during the academic breaks in the fall (October) and spring (March) terms and can be customized to bring mutual benefits to both the company and the students.
Fall 2024 Shadow Experience - October 14 and October 15
Spring 2025 Shadow Experience - March 11 and March 12

- Presentation on organization
- A panel or meet and greet of current interns and/or alumni.
- Observing job duties and client interactions or hands-on experience on mock projects
- Attending meetings or office events
- Guided tour or organization
- Professional development workshops such as resume reviews and mock interviews
